Please be sure to read the policy completely before proceeding with the return process.
WHAT can be returned?
You may return most unused and unopened stock items purchased at Begalabel.com within 30 days of the original delivery. Opened and Used Items may not be returned.
HOW do I make a return?
Please be sure to fill out our Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form below to receive an RMA number. Your will receive an email with the RMA number. Please allow 1 - 2 busines days. Please print out and send the RMA confirmation email with your return. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA.

SHIPPING for returns?
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the product remains in good condition while in transit back to Begalabel.com
CREDIT for returns?
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Your credit card issuer may take up to 10 business days or till the end of the your billing cycle for the credit to be reflected. Please call the credit card issuer to find out how long it will take.

But why all the trouble? Please give us a call or email and let us know what you need and we will be more than happy to send out some samples for you to try. We highly recommend that you give our labels a try before purchasing any high volumes.
