At Begalabel.com, your complete satisfaction with your order of blank labels and bulk labels is our number one priority. Please read our business labels return policy in full before proceeding with the barcode labels return process.

What Blank Labels Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most barcode labels and blank address labels within 30 days of the original delivery date. Opened and used laser labels and sheet labels may not be returned.

Our Bulk Labels Return Process

Please fill out our Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form below to request authorization for your color labels return. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request. Once approved, you will receive an email containing the RMA number for your printer label return. Please print the RMA confirmation email and include it with your return. We will not accept file folder label returns without a RMA and RMA confirmation email included in the return package. For large volume bulk orders of 5000 sheets or more, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Once you have received your RMA, please ship your inket labels and laser labels to the following address, with your RMA number on the address.

Return Shipping Costs

Begalabel.com will pay the return shipping costs for your blank labels if the blank labels you received were defective or damaged in any way. If the fluorescent labels are returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10%. Please ensure your file folder label return package remain in good condition while in transit back to Begalabel.com.

Blank Labels Refund Policy

Within seven (7) days of receiving your returned labels in bulk, we will credit/refund you in the same manner as your original payment. Your individual credit card issuer may take up to ten (10) days or till the end of your billing cycle for the credit to be reflected. Please call your credit card issuer if your color labels refund is not displayed on your statement.
